Drop-off/Pickup Instructions

Instructions For Parents Driving Students

DROP-OFF

Morning drop off is located at the Lower School parking lot. Please follow the directions below as well as the instructions of the staff when you drop off campers in the morning.
  • When you arrive on campus go straight at the STOP sign.
  • Turn left at the second entrance, which begins the one way traffic.
  • Please drive to the entrance of the Lower School to drop off your child(ren).
  • One of our staff members will come to your car to help your child out of the car and bring them onto campus.
  • If you have questions, please park your car in the parking lot and walk into Scott House.
With your help we can make this process as smooth and timely as possible. We understand how much your time matters but please remember to not honk, cut into the next lane, or be rude to our staff. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a quick and safe morning drop off of students.

PICKUP

When you arrive on campus go straight at the STOP sign.
  • Turn left at the second entrance, which begins the one way traffic.
  • Please begin to form the two lanes of traffic as marked on the road.
  • Be sure you have your pick up sheet with your student’s name and program in readable handwriting.
  • At this time a staff member will be nearby to read your child’s name.
  • Stay in your designated lane when cars begin to move.
  • If you are a lead car, make sure you continue driving until a staff member tells you to stop. Please do not stop if you see your child(ren) by the fence.
  • Once all cars have stopped moving; we will then bring your child(ren) to you.
  • As soon as every car (in the two lanes) has its student, one lane will be released at a time.
  • Please do not try to leave sooner than when the staff releases your lane, as we do not want cars moving while children are moving.
With your help we can make this process as smooth and timely as possible. We understand how much your time matters but please remember to not honk, cut into the next lane, or be rude to our staff. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a quick and safe afternoon pick up.
